    If you're mainly into video editing, the dGPU from the HP won't make much difference, the M1 is a beast for video editing. And for development you don't need the dGPU, you just need something to output the picture.
     
    This. I've gotten the 8 GB version, and when I run all my projects (which are huge) it bogs down a bit. Next one I'm getting either 16 or 32 (MBP 16)

    After having the first generation RB 15 Advanced (2018) and the myriad of issues and weird problems BSODs etc. I will never recommend a Razer laptop ever again.
     
    Out of the ones you listed, I'd probably go for the GS66.
     
    Did you think about the Element/Fusion 15/MAG-15/Vapor 15 Pro (basically Intel-TongFang QC7 chassis), if not, have a look (name depends on your region), I've used the XMG Fusion 15 for a while and had zero BSODs or weird issues.

    After having the Razer Blade 15 for around 13-14 months, I would not go the Razer route. My unit (and according to users around the internet) just had a lot of issues either hardware or software, and for the 2700 euros (how much I paid for it), it was definitely not worth the money.
     
    Now I have the XMG Fusion 15, and it has some issues as well (but nothing nearly as bad as my old Razer), but at 1800 euros it's hard to complain.
