  1. thats what i plan on doing heh, Intel DP45SG, two msi r9 380 4gb, q9300 quad core 2.5ghz @3.4-3.6, full dolby 7.1 surround sound, 8 gb of hyperx fury. im just jizzing in my pants.
  2. Does the Intel DP45SG support sli? I plan on getting a gtx 950 strix and i need too know if in the future i could do sli
  3. I dont care about money or cost, i just want the gigaherts!!! EDIT: I mean like im not gonna spend more than 100 dollars on the mobo
  4. Yeah right now i have the ga-g41mt-s2pt, which uses ddr3 (hyperx fury 8gb). I was thinking about getting the Intel DP45SG because there are 2 pci 16x slots, but im not sure if sli is supported? If all else fails ill be buying an AMD board lol
  5. Does anyone know of any lga 775 boards that are good for overclocking? i have a q9300 and am ordering a cooler master seidon 120v. I plan on getting at least 3 ghz and i need a good board too do it on. Also i need it too be ddr3
  6. I made another topic on here asking what was wrong with my pc and now that i am sure its the ram, i am very curious about different types of ram, but there are not really any direct answers. So my question is, what is the difference between http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231424, and http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J8E912M/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me= . Other than the fact that one has a heat spreader and one has black pcb. I need very specific answers if possible, thanks!
  7. The Crucial Ballistix Sport series looks pretty reliable, but i totally could get Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866 2x4 which would be frickin awesome imo...OR KINGSTON HYPER X FURY BLUE <3
  8. I purchased the cpu used, but i purchased it from entermedia plus, they claim that they tested the cpu and that it worked before they sent it, they also claim that they have purchased g.skill ram before and that it is really shitty and is almost never compatible. The good part out of this is that when i bought my ram i spent $65 and free shipping, so when i return it and get a refund, i can purchase better ram, so now my question is. What set of ram should i get for 65 bucks?
  9. i was doing some digging around on the internet and noticed that some people have compatiblity issues with some ram sticks not working with mobos for some reason, ill ask my neighbor if i can borrow some ram and/or a spare cpu
  10. are you positive? is there any way of finding out??
  11. it doesn't post at all, the fans start spinning and then it turns off, and it keeps doing this until i hold a pillow over its face (hold the power button)
  12. 1. checked every connection 2. made sure none of the standoffs/wires were causing shorts 3. booting with just 1 stick of ram 4. unplugging everything then plugging everything back in 5. clearing the cmos
