I'd only go for X670 if I really needed I/O that's only on them. I wanted USB4 but oh wow is it lacking on boards and not all of them even offer it but cost a ton.

I got one from Ducky they have various model sizes and switch options. Wanted to get Mountain Everest keyboard but they don't ship to my country. Also WASD keyboard has online builder, shipping is insane though.

Here intentional non payment of wages is a criminal offence, Theft by Employer. More countries should adopt that if not already.

I have Aorus Elite AX and it's very good. I got it last year. The network and audio are fine on boards these days, wouldn't worry too much unless you need like 10Gbit or very high end audio gear. 
So basically depends how much M.2's you need and PCIe slots you will use, if you need. I wanted USB4 but yeah, very hard to get a board with it. I'd just make sure board covers IO I need and has good VRMs. This board does.
CPU wise I's get 7800X3D if you can, I have it it's awesome. No it doesn't have any issues, core park was some issue for reviewers when swapping CPUs. I'd assume you won't do a lot of editing really, otherwise you'd get a higher core count.
For PSU get 700W min.

Is there really any need to rival Rtings.com? They seems to have a good standard for reviewing displays and some other PC parts, not to mention some home appliances.
In case of monitors it seems like quite an ordeal to compete with their reviews.

These were the OG ones it was just a quick and dirty experiment for fun the remastered DLs were huge, but also seeing how much the FPS was hit with each additional game that was added There was no way it would of been able to do the same thing with Remasteted...also I probably would of run into the Cryengine limitation issue with each of the 3 titles too which would of needed more homework to fix.

You mean Anti-Lag+ ? That one caused problems, so was removed from the driver. It is said to be returning soon though. The regular Anti-Lag is fine and can be enabled.

Uh why compare low kbps MP3 even, why would one use that. Also streaming lol? 80$ headphones ok. If you want better quality don't use low bitrate files or stream or cheap headphones. Anyone mainly streaming music doesn't care or know better. I use local files.

Get 1440p 144Hz+ IPS one. LCD is (TN, VA, IPS) in general, from worst to best. TN is fastest but looks worse, VA can have better contrast then others but not as fast as TN or good looking as IPS, so IPS in 99% case best option.
Cons of LCD over OLED is in many ways, general picture quality, contrast, speed. But costs way more. LCDs have backlight that is on vs OLED per pixel light. So blacks will always feel washed or glowy on LCD and also they transition pixels slower between refresh thus blur in motion. They are not really HDR displays due to backlight. 
Cons of OLED aside from price, if used for long with static UI elements like working all day on it, overtime may burn in the image. They have mitigations but not advised to use them for long hours at time with static elements content. Full screen brightness if you care, like full white will not flash you as on expensive LCD may. So if you are in very lit room it would be a con.

Meh, many games have issues, and config process is just.. not it for issues on top.

Which well known distro that doesn't need ton of config or that software will work? Doesn't exist, some programs do not work or exist at all.
Where are you getting adds man? And familiarity is a very big deal and it's not the only, along is the software support, those two go also hand in hand that are a big block.
I don't use Windows as a store crap as you describe, I configure it easily update stuff and done.
