Yes that's what I've noticed on a lot of these comments, Cherry is not the only good quality switch manufacturer. Altough I've never tried topre, I think I prefer them over the mx Brown. I received the k70 rgb 4 days ago and I'm really considering swapping out the keyboard for the novatouch. If you have topres, I would really appreciate your input here! The Mx browns where a little too loud for my taste, at the same time I think they feel kind of scratchy compared to my membranes, which makes them feel a little cheaper than I expected. I also think that the the browns were a little too wobbly. I don't really need RGB or even backlighting which I didn't realize when I purchased the k70 RGB. I bought the k70 RGB for the price of a strafe non RGB so that was kind of sweet. I asked the retailer and they offered me the novatouch for the same price so I'm considering swapping it out. The advantages of the k70 rgb is that it has a aluminum front and has media keys. I've already mapped paus/next/past track on my g502 scroll wheel but It would be nicer to have it on my keyboard. Do you think that the topre switch fits good with me? It's a 45g switch btw edit: Forgot to say that I really like that the novatouch is tenkeyless so I can bring it to school to type with on longer breaks about different projects, essays etc. But why o why a micro usb cable

Why is Ducky better than Corsair? Ok it doesn't have unnecessary stuff. Only pro I can find is that it uses double shot ABS keycaps if I'm not wrong. -

K70 RGB: Buyers Remorse? Should've I gotten the G710+?

Yes I do, I definetly like it more than the Logitech, although macros would be nice. I mean the metal backplate and the raised keys are really nice. Although the Rgb is unnecessary, it's still a really nice added bonus, especially, with the cool profiles I've found online. But I don't think it's worth 2x the money of the cheap ass logitech. -
So I bought the k70 RGB a week ago for a special price so it costed me as much as a strafe non rgb costs. But I can't forget a black friday deal. The Logitech g710+ was priced at half the price of the strafe non rgb/k70 RGB(on offer). I don't need RGB but I decided to get it because it was cheaper than the k70 non rgb and costed about as much as a regular non rgb mechanical keyboard. Although I've read that the Logitech g710+ keycaps breaks easily so did I do the wrong decision? If you were in my position, would you bought the Logitech or payed twice as much for the K70 RGB?
-
Thank you for your opinion. About the USB keypads, yes they are cheaper, but no mechanical switches and no rgb, plus takes up an extra usb port. But I think I'll keep my K70 RGB. Although I'm going to start a couple other threads about other questions.

Hi!, I just recieved my K70 RGB Mx Brown but I'm thinking of exchanging it for a K95 RGB because I came up with a lot of uses for macros, but please let me know if I'm dreaming, or if these are really useful. Uses: 1. Sleep mode button 2. Launching netflix in microsoft edge(so that I can watch in 1080p) 3. Emoticons 4. Cut/Copy/Paste/insert link(Google Docs) 5. Taskmanager 6. Soundswitch 7. Profile Switching Would you pay the extra cost for these macros? Btw, I've gotten offers on both the K70 RGB and K95 RGB for quite a lot less than they originally are. Reference: Corsair Strafe(non rgb): 1250kr K70rgb: 1290kr (usually 1750kr) K95rgb: 1635kr (Usually 2090kr) So is it worth it? Will I use them?
