It is literally impossible to do that, as long as Custom ROMs are a thing if nothing else. You can use Android without even having Google Play services or Play Store installed iirc (been 2 years since I rooted last phone without gapps).

It's a vastly inferior platform. People wouldn't have backed it if it were on EGS from the start. Even better, this was before EGS even existed. People have the right to choose what platform they want and they didn't choose this. People backed the game with their money because they want it on specific platform, dev/publisher took their $6M and decided to earn more by making it an exclusive and gave the middle finger to players who backed it. Not even Steam codes for backers, even better, no refunds. Some tiers of backers were promised Steam beta as well. For one I refuse to do any purchases on EGS, I just collect free games. I have been trying to rest my password for almost 3 days now, went to forgot my password 14 times now, still didn't get an email. I will have to open a ticket to reset a freaking password. People didn't back that platform. They are not delivering on the platform that people choose, the developer choose for them after 3 years after taking their money to make the game in the first place. You can take someone else's money and be like "Yeah, tnx for your millions, but you remember that promise? Sorry not happening. I decided to ear few millions more with the product that I made with your money."

It is against EU laws for false advertising or fraud, both can pass. Especially by not giving refunds. Fun fact, the publisher is Deep Silver who is behind Metro: Exodus so there is that. The worst thing is that the game was backed before there EGS existed so this is a huge punch in the face. One look at their kickstarter page paints a picture.

Depending on the phone version OS version may differ, and they often do. Stock android doesn't give you much choices. You could either look at Nokias or OP since they are closest to stock, but they lack in camera department. They would definitely come closer with GCam though. Not a lot of choices otherwise.

According to them, it is only VPN (possibly Proton?) and cloud storage. If they started charging and removing functions the community would destroy them since all of it is based on "trust". Not saying they don't want to do it, even though I'm pretty sure they don't, but more like they won't do it. 90% of their revenue is from Google so I'm behind everything that removes them from Google.

Either way that 1660Ti will run better Cyberpunk than PS4 Slim, if the rest of the system is solid. Imo the upgrade from 1660Ti to 2060 is not worth it. If exclusives are important for you I'd go with PS4 since, as mentioned, the upgrade is not that big (unless you want RTX which is gives too big of a performance hit on 2060 if you ask me). This probably is an unpopular opinion since this forums is mostly PCs and hates consoles.
