  2. it is very specific to my computer, tested 3 others now none of them have this problem. i have also tried all the fixes above and still the same.

if i cant get this working very soon i am going to do a fresh windows install...

Thats all wireless. There is no tweaking you can do to improve your speeds. Run a cable or test your luck with Ethernet over power adapters.

With wireless you will never get 300/300 on a 300/300 connection, 250 absolute best case scenario.

i tried my luck with Ethernet over power today on no luck it seems. does not work at all since the power in this room is on a different circuit than the room the router is placed in :/

  4. Soooo i figured out that flushing my dns makes it work for some time... but only for like 20 minutes. I dont wanna have to constantly flush my dns. So if anyone know what can cause this i would be very happy

i forgot to edit tread but it actually stopped working in incognito to it just worked for a much longer time the first time i tried it...

i have tried removing cookies i even did a winows recovery to get to a point where i know it was working and that didnt fix it

Try going to cmd > type in ipconfig /flushdns

And just in case, are you using any VPN?

i have tried this multiple times and i does not work. i don`t use a VPN i have even tried installing one and its the same problem with or without the VPN active

  7. Hi, i just got fiber installed and i quickly realized that the standard router didnt have the range.

so i changed it for a archer c7 ac1750 v2 anything spesial i should to in the router to optimize it?

and i need some help getting optimal speed for my computer. you see the modem and router is installed on the other side of the house and i only get about 100 Mbps down and 135 Mbps up out if it when it should be 300/300. i get the speed if i plug in a cable, but i cant use a cable since i have multiple doors and a kitchen and living room in between me and the router. so anything i can do to help me get better speed? the wireless connection icon in windows have all bars filled so you would think the connection was good.

  8. can some one help me figure out how i can get the twitch videos working on my computer again?

i can only watch about 5 minutes at most of a video before i get an error "there was a network error. please try again. (Error #2000)"

i can still watch streams live with no problems and everything else works properly.

i just cant watch past bradcasts on twitch

i know it is a local problem because i have my laptop next to me and it plays the videos just fine.

so it is a problem with my pc not the network as far as i can tell.

i downloaded the twitch app on the pc and even that fucks up so there is something very wierd about this problem i dont even know where to start...

so i tried to create a hotspot on my pc and share with the laptop and the problem spread to the laptop. seriously this got to be the wierdest problem i have ever had

  10. more information. i have been testing some more and the problem only seem to happen when i switch to theatre mode of fullscreen. if i watch it in "normal" mode it works fine.... is this some kind of flash problem then?

nope not fully fixed. it workd for a bit longer each time but i still get the error

  11. Hey, i know this might be a bit wierd thing to need help for but i really cant figure this out.

I am trying to watch vods on twitch.tv since i sleep or work when the streamer is online. But in the last couple of days i have not been able to do so on my gaming rig.

i always get a error. "there was a networking error (error 2000) i can watch for 1-10 minutes at a time before it appears.

everything else on my pc works fine, i can play games and watch other streamers live

but vods wont work ,it is a so stupidly annoying thing.

and yes i have tried about 10 diffrent vods. i can have my laptop and pc next to eachother and the laptop will play it fine but the pc will get a error.

dont know what to try to fix this.

i have tried a whole bunch of stuff i even rebooted my router to factory settings.

  12. Hello, yesterday my girlfriend desided that se wantet to restart her mac.

so she deleted the os. before reading what she was actually supposed to do.

and now when we try to reinstall the os it says objective not awailable.

a quick google search told me that yosemite 10.10. is not awailable anymore.

so now i ask. what can i do to install a OS on the mac again?

i have understod that i have to make a bootable usb for the mac.

i have a windows 10 pc to do this with. but i cant figure out how too do it.

or how to obtain the yosemite install files...

  13. i just updated the bios from  P01-A1 to  P01-A2. it still wont boot when i put in the 780. i have read a lot of forums and i see that some people can just install a new card and it will work instantly. other people who cant get the their cards to work seem to never get it working. does anyone have an idea why?

i have turned off secure boot btw. and this bios is very plain and simple so there is no option to enable Launch CSM,
