I'd probably do something closer to this.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    CPU: Intel Pentium G3250 3.2GHz Dual-Core OEM/Tray Processor  ($50.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($33.99 @ Newegg)
    Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($24.99 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($48.75 @ OutletPC)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 342 (Black) MicroATX Mini Tower Case w/400W Power Supply  ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
    Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer  ($12.99 @ Newegg)
    Total: $221.70

Another $10 will get you 8gb of RAM which would be useful if they're tab happy.
You don't really need the G3258. I don't see an aftermarket cooler so you won't be OC'ing it.
    Cheaper motherboard.

*I see you already have the board. Yay for savings? Maybe buy a small SSD?

No it would not hurt the car in anyway to cut the tail pipe, however it could hurt you. If the pipe does not go past the bumper then exhaust will get trapped under the car leak into the trunk then into your cab then you pass out then you die. That's why it goes past the bumper. Unless you have a pipe that curves down but in a Mustang you would hit it on every bump you go over, speed bumps would rip your exhaust off.

This is quite a loaded question because there is no true answer to it. A lot will jump on the hate wagon and just say they suck because others have said it. People that like them will say they are the best thing they have ever heard. I hear both of these every day. I am an Apple employee and my job is Beats technical troubleshooting and support so you could say I have a lot of experience with the headset. The one and only thing that determines if this is a good headset or not is your own ears. Are the over done in bass? Yes. Are the over done in Highs? Yes. That is the target demographic for this headset though. Beats headsets are not made for country, classic rock, or any other form of rock. They are targeted at Rap and Pop. If that music is not your kind of music chances are you will not like them, but others do. No one opinion matters on the subject of a good headset, because every ones ears are different. Myself I have really sensitive hearing so I prefer something with a neutral sound with a little bass boost. Your ears are the determining factor of the headset. No one is wrong because they like them. Just because someone likes them doesn't mean "they don't know what good audio sounds like" that's just what they like. You don't go around telling people that they don't have good taste buds because one likes Coke and one likes Pepsi, we are all different.

My first computer I built was using an ASRock board and have built many more since that one using ASRock boards. That first board is now going to be the subject of a frankin-computer for a friend that doesn't have the money to build a new one. Great boards.
