  1. Anyone here have a k65 rgb ES? Mine is refusing to update firmware, which means I can't do anything with the RGB lighting...
  2. Well somehow I got an Asus R9 290x in good condition for $150 on ebay -- wish me luck it isn't DOA
  3. I'm in the market for a new GPU... I've looked at some benchmarks and the 380 appears to beat the 960 in most tests, and both are similarly priced and vram capacity. Or, I could buy a used 780 for $220-250, but get worse support for DX12 and the chance of getting a DOA card, or I could get a used R9 290x.... Recommendations??
  4. In all fairness, the 390x is a rebranded 290x just turned up some. AMD is putting all of their developement into the Fiji XT gpu that will be in the Fury. I don't support what they're doing, but it will drive nvidia prices down some, just like the 290 did to the 780 last generation
  5. To all those wanting to see the video, it was re-uploaded by YouTube user Aa Aaa https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3QuwujjIp8
  6. I would replace my 4930k and x79 deluxe for this 5820k and a gigabyte x99 motherboard. This is my workstation FYI not my personal gaming rig.
  7. If you have the ability, try and reseat the cards (move the PCIe configuration) and see what happens. You could also remove a card an see what the GPU usage is for each one.
  8. This may sound quite noobie, but I would contact Microsoft and tell them your key, and your situation and they might be able to help.
  9. I meant it dips under 30fps in intensive areas
  10. 8gb 1866 Kingston HyperX, gigabyte F2A88X-D3H, Source 210 case, 24 inch 1080p 60Hz monitor, EVGA 500b 500w power supply
