Load temps for the GPU are around 85-90, CPU is around 55-60 when playing games. Sorry i didn't know i had to quote

My two XFX 390s idle anywhere from 50-60 and cpu is 35-45. I have the stock fan placement of the 600C so two 140mm intake at the front, one 140mm at the back for exhaust. stock fans on the h100i pushing into the case from the bottom. I tried using those as exhaust and it made the temps worse by a few degrees.

Right now i have three 140mm corsair AF fans, one H100i V2 pushing air in since that seems to work a little better then exhaust in my 600C from corsair. My gpus (390x) get very hot, and am looking for some different fans, im not super worried about noise since my fans on my GPU's are loud as it is. What is the best fan setup (not super expensive).
