  1. Hey guys, First of all I want to thank Linus Media Group for this awesome community. ^^ Now to my problem, I have an AMD FX-8350 processor with a aftermarket aircooler, to keep it cool, since it can run fairly hot OVERCLOCKED! But somehow my motherboard, which should be able to overclock, doesn't let me select clockspeed or multiplier, I CAN turn Boost off and on, and quite alot of other option that you need to look through before starting overclocking, but the CPU clockspeed stays greyed out, or any clockspeed for that matter. And I did turn the default 'Locked' CPU option to 'Unlocked' before starting any of the other steps, that worked, but as i mentioned above, almost none of the important options are available. I did try flashing the bios, but this was my first time doing so, so im not sure if I acualy did it right. ^^' My PC: -AMD FX-8350 (Akasa Voodoo Venom air cooler) -Gigabyte FXA990-UD3 (rev. 3.0) -MSI R9 290 Gaming 4G (Overclocked at 1140Mhz coreclock, 1450Mhz Ram clock) -Corsair Vengeance ddr3 (2x8gb 1600mhz) -Thermaltake Berlin 630W 80Bronze -Western Digital Blue 2tb -Samsung 840 Pro 256gb -Fractal Design Define R3 If any of you awesome guys could help me out, that would be great James Dirksen
