I don't really think an antivirus for Android is necessary unless youre installing every shady apk you see. I'd also be concerned about the scanning having an impact on performance.
Some of the other features appear to be useful but many of them are built right into android.. Not to say that the consolidation and ease of managing these settings with this app might not be a benefit but I generally stay away from things that don't ADD functionality.
