LinS123's Achievements

  1. The PSU is probably my favourite beucase my current Antec PSU is still going strong but sometimes I wish I had gotten one in the 600-650w range (Currently using 520w).
  2. Followed Linus from NCIX TechTips, congrats for hitting 1 million+ subscribers. My favorite series is Tech Quickie; it's short concise and chalk full of information. Would love a Surface Pro 3, but that custom SIGNED PC is an awesome thing.
  3. Yeah. I was not gonna pay full price for the upgrade. It's actually quite ridiculous how much a 3770K costs in Canada right now. It's really hard to find anyone who still stocks the the thing and even when I find one they're at full price or more sometimes. When I originally built my computer, I wanted a 3770K but had to back down cause of severe budget restraints. But with this I'm pretty much just upgrading my 3570K to a 3770K and selling the 3570K to offset the entire thing.
  4. I was able to get a 3770K from the friend so I was gonna swap it out. I didn't really want to switch my motherboard and since the upgrade bug was nipping at me it was a good way to satiate it. Thanks for the help guys. I'm relieved to know that I can just swap it out and keep it working.
  5. So I am upgrading my CPU and I was wondering if anyone knows how Windows will react. Can I just swap them and boot normally? Or do I have to run a repair process, or reinstall the whole thing. Thanks for the help guys.
  6. The fact that it's waterproof is nice, but I like the glass make of the phone the most. The dbrand skins on it help protect it from scratches and keeps the form factor as close to the original as you can possible get, a major win in my books.
  7. I like the overall design compared to the older style RoG notebook I owned. It looks much more sleeker and to be honest a more professional notebook overall.
  8. My favourite thing would be the removable back cover and the ability to add a microSD.
