So you're not looking for SLI. As far as I know, the only 3xxx that actually supports SLI is the 3090. Having pairs of GPUS =/= SLI. 
What you're looking for won't be cost effective. About the cheapest way I can think to do it would be with multiple used Optiplexs and then find some way to add a PSU that would handle the 3060s. Short of that, you're looking at the motherboard mentioned above for $1000, then the CPU to go in it, and risers to make all the GPUs actually fit. The 10900X from Intel has 48 lanes, but that doesn't leave any left over for the boot drive. The 9900x has 44. 

That's 48 lanes, go with either threadripper, xeon-w or some other server platform.
 
One can get away with raisers. I like to assume that people the ask about such setups are not stupid and aren't looking into using that for games, but rather have some specific software usage in mind (although that mention of "SLI" is worriesome).

There is a good amount of server and workstation board that can do this, like lots of boards in the asus ws line like the Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE. 
 
But what are you doing? Software doesn't support this, and you would need single slot cards for this config. Or get something like a 4u gpu server.
 
What workloads are you using?

I don't think that's going to exist.
What are you trying to do? If you need that much GPU performance, a Quadro or two is probably going to be better and better priced.

For a racing simulator, I'd personally take the one with a higher refresh rate, in this case the Acer Predator X34. Resolution doesn't make a significant difference in racing sims (IMO) whereas refresh rate (coming from someone that plays a lot of racing games with a Logitech G27) does. Also, 55" sounds like a pain in the neck.

I didn't know this, but apparently Verizon phones come unlocked from the factory, they just have a bunch of crapware installed from Verizon. I would personally hold out for a Moto Maxx(basically the same phone, just without the Verizon branding and preinstalled apps), but I can understand wanting to upgrade. This makes sense as I plan to upgrade to a 4k monitor soon and will probably have to upgrade my card. I was planning on going Nvidia but idk I'll have to see what happens.
