here's my way of dealing with shit step one: identify the problem/something that you wish to change. step two: deal with it/change it step three: did it work/did anything get better? if not repeat step 1-3 if it's something out of your control know that pain lasts for only a moment. and know that it's never too late to start/start over. i volunteer although i dont believe there are a lot of people willing to open up. but it is the internet and anonymity can be a way for you to be able to tell someone about your hardships. note: i am judgemental, i wont pretend im not. but it is up to you to be able to change my judgement. i speak my mind, so be ready when you talk to me. i will support you as best as i can. edit: though i'm not a therapist, i can be a friend.
