Oh and My GPU is a 780 and it survived furmark 1080p 15min stress test is that enough or do I need the stress it more?

Hi, so yeah my 4670k on a thermalright silver arrow extreme BOSD'd on prime95 small ffts and was at 55 degrees. the BOSD says "memory Management" and I don't know what to do :( please Help !!
