use the + / - buttons  to change the multiplier
 
or key the number in directly. for 44x type in the numbers 4 4
 
pushing enter or right clicking on the box wont do anything

From what I know, with MSi motherboards, you need to manually key the value in, or use the "+" or "-" keys on the number pad.
i.e. type in "44", or press the "+" multiple times until it indicated 44.

I had the Ouroboros and even though I got it for around $65-90 I recently replaced it with a different mouse. The Ouroboros is an interesting design and is quite modular. It's of medium weight and you can customize it to your hand size. Personally, I found the ergonomics very lacking. It's an ambidextrous mouse so that comes with the territory, but the feel of the mouse wasn't very nice. It's built well, with a good mouse wheel and good left/right clicks.
 
Green lighting is all over it though. Personally, I don't really like the green lighting that much. It matched my Razer Blackwidow nicely, but alas I want to replace this keyboard with something a little more tame (and quieter).
 
The biggest downside of the Ouroboros is the drivers and the software. It goes to sleep and is laggy waking up, taking up to 3-5 seconds to fully wake up if you set it to sleep. I had issues with intermittent signal in random situations and the mouse/software not loading the proper settings for the sensitivity.
 
I say avoid it until Razer improves the software, really.

there are better options. the pros are meh. the hyperborea or cougar are quiet
and optimized (better static) than the pros. if needing LED, then the cougar.
pros are too loud for their weakish output.

I haven't, actually. I'll try that when I get home. I guess it's just the design of the case, eh? The big downfall of the H630.

Ah well, the Corsair Quiets are around 20 (supposedly) dB while the ones I have right now are 35 (realistically) dB.
 
The front fans in my H630 aren't pulling in any air... or well, they're pulling in very small amounts of air for being 200mm fans. I think I'll just replace the ones in front and bottom like you suggested. I think I need high pressure fans to pull out of that small slot for the front fans...
