Had a big fight with my local retailer over warranty when the right side stopped emmiting sound ended un making a guetto repair and they look funny but im proud of them) Keyboard : cheap membrane logitech .. Really really old outdated layout but it works perfectly. Almost 8 years of use and never had a problem
  2. All the camera features look amazing, but I'm so used to crappy front facing cameras that this one is the winner for me
  3. I have a CM Storm Recon and the sensor is great but i cant stand how small it is and how i press MOUSE4 by accident so often, cant bind anything to MOUSE4 if i intend to game competitivly
  4. Username : Juaccoo Liked videos: https://www.vessel.com/videos/G-DUjgUyY yeah...im going ultrawide before going 4K https://www.vessel.com/videos/DkWN4qqW1 performance > looks
  5. yeah i checked in solohardware and i will do it again just before buying because good deals pop and go very fast ...when i built my pc around a year ago i only could buy in PETA in all other stores i had issues with the credit card and the systems were down, etc and teh deals in PETA only saved me around $10000 so i said...fuck it, all in pcfactory, just one bill and ill get everything in the same day and ill start building. Hopefully PETA has some great deals (like the 750...10000 more but for a significant performance increase) Saludos.
  6. then i might consider that....but it doesnt make a huge difference anyways
  7. yeahi was thinking in the much cheaper option of going with an apu but not only i prefer a dedicated gpu i also plan to upgrade in a 1.5 years basis and the apu doesnt give you too much room for improvement...i could pair it with an r7 250 in the future...but a ddr3 model and that would be it, on the other hand i could upgrade de pentium g3240 to an i5 and then the graphics card and the mobo ...etc
  8. http://ark.intel.com/products/80796/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G3240-3M-Cache-3_10-GHz
  9. i really wanted the G3258 but could not find it in any store in my country 1333Mhz because the G3240 only supports 1333Mhz and the cheapest GTX 750ti o could find is $139.990 ..around $240 USD ..so thats a no Gracias Link to the store https://www.pcfactory.cl/ also added it to the post Id prefer to have a certified 80plus bronze as a minimun and thats the best i could find without cheaping out,, also im gonna put my thermaltake 500W PSU 80 plus on my GF system and use the 600W for me ( i5 4430 + r7 260x oc) ..overkill but at least is not 600w on a pentium and r7250
  10. Currently im planning on building a PC for my girlfriend and the budget is fairly low (around 420000 CLP // 716.52 USD) and the build has to include a gaming mouse a cheap keyboard and a cheap monitor, and i wanted to show you guys what i have planned so far and maybe get some new ideas Intel® CPU Pentium G3240 3.1 GHz (1150) ------------------------------------------- $44.990 CLP // ~$76.75 USD (...is it gonna bottleneck too much an r7 250 gddr5?) ECS® M/B Intel H81H3-M4 A/L/V (1150) ----------------------------------------------- $36.990 CLP // ~$63.10 USD (PCI Express X16 Gen 2.0 should not bottleneck an r7 250 at all) G.Skill® DDR3 4GB 1333Mhz PC3-10600 --------------------------------------------- $45.990 CLP // ~$78.45 USD Sapphire® Video AMD Radeon R7 250 1024MB GDDR5 -------------------------- $69.990 CLP // ~$119.40 USD (for light gaming at 900p ...we play TF2 and L4D2 together a lot) Toshiba® HDD 500GB Sata3 7200 rpm 32MB --------------------------------------- $39.990 CLP // ~$68.22 USD (she currently uses a 320gb 5400 RPM HDD and has never filled it) Spektra® Case ATX 650w 5851 BS ---------------------------------------------------- $21.990 CLP // ~$37.51 USD (the idea here is to swap the PSU for a 500W PSU that i currentñy have on my system...) Thermaltake® PSU 650w / 12cm 80Plus Bronze Smart ---------------------------- $59.990 CLP // ~$102.34 USD (...and put this one on my system and maybe sell for really cheap the 650W PSU that comes with the case) AOC® Monitor LED 20" E2070SWN ---------------------------------------------------- $57.190 CLP // ~$97.56 USD (cheap 900p monitor) Logitech® Mouse Gaming G400s ------------------------------------------------------- $24.990 CLP // ~$42.63 USD (she really really wants this mouse) Microsoft® Keyboard MS 200 Black USB --------------------------------------------- $9.990 CLP // ~$17.04 USD TOTAL ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- $412100 CLP // ~$703.04 USD So what do you guys think? Any ideas or useful comments? What about buying via internet for cheaper and then paying for shipping? is it worth it? i took the prices from the only (or at least biggest) computer store in my city (Concepcion, Chile) ...yeah, technology is expensive in the south Link to the store https://www.pcfactory.cl/
  11. both cards look sexy as hell...what i like about the 900s series? Maxwell is so so power efficient... ive been an amd owner for years and thats what i hate about amd cards...they are not power efficient at all but nvidias maxwell architecture is just mind blowing.
  12. I loved the easy customizability to the UI and accesibility tweaks, also dual-windows looks great! also the part when you showed the notebook cooler noire video..
