And I'm tired of paying a monthly to have a debit card with you.

 

Switching my Santander to Monzo using the genius project that is the Current Account Switching Service.

Still keeping HSBC UK for international money transfers (Monzo says they'll fix this next year), being able to withdraw more than £300 at short notice more easily and a few other minor things, credit cards and allowing me to build my credit score in the future.
