I've never come across "initializing updates" :P.

    You still have a windows phone? I had a friend who did (he has a 7 Plus now) but like he said, MS was a bit late to the game. But the Nokia Windows phones were really nice.

    @Zando Bob Yes? I've had my 650 since January. And I only got a 650 cos my 640XL got bricked and i got that in 2015 xD.

    Noice! They are nice phones, but IDK if there's many apps for them. Besides, I'm a good Apple sheep so #iPhones4lyfe.

    Well, some phones got support cut off but they were old phones. Phones from 2012 and 2013 got cut late last year.

     

    But 2014-newer is still supported and will be at least until 2019.

    They technically do. Right now it's mostly just supporting existing products whilst getting ready to release their own new phone later on.
