When some Microsoft tech support you were chatting to calls your cell phone.

 

That is so awkward.

    No but the point is that if you're having tech support and then that same person calls you it is very creepy, awkward and weird.

    Cos they have your phone number if you give it to them.

    Through a Microsoft account you can store a phone number as well as email address and they can access most info except payment.
