Had a funny thing happened today, frankly some people don't learn... had a user that somehow forgot how to "press enter"!!!

It's a sales rep, I was helping another user with an unrelated problem. I could see this sales rep was having problems with an email, he kept hitting reply, he would start typing his reply then he would search for a key on the keyboard, I've seen him discard his email twice and start over again and again.

After I finished with my ticket I went over to see what was the problem, turns out he didn't remember how to "make a new line" ... so I pressed  "Enter" and ask if it's what he meant, it was.

    loll

My users aren't letting me down!!!

It doesn't bother me too much. I can live with a <5% mixture of ethanol.

At least it's not E85, something that I really don't like. But that's mainly because of the crappy fuel consumption you get from it. My fuel consumption would go down from ~27 MPG, to somewhere below 20 MPG.

Sadly people aren't educated when it starts to be about science, radiation is one thing, the other is the misunderstanding of the words "scientific theory".

I remember seeing someone posting a video on Facebook showing how dangerous CFL bulbs are... using an EMR detector !!!! Yeah it says "radiation detector" on it, but it detects electromagnetic radiation, key word being "electromagnetic" ... electricity will produce electromagnetic fields, so ANY bulbs will produce small amount of EMR, not just CFL.

They are just trying to scare people it's stupid... My country (Belgium) has a serious energy problem... We have to buy electricity from France...

But because of our uninformed population that is always whining about nuclear energy we are closing our reactors and are not building new ones which makes it even worse....

It's impossible to power a country with wind and solar alone...

its usually* better for the environment, saves on gas prices ,and reduces our reliance on foreign oil. That is why gas has 10% ethanol or more ethanol.  second even thought it doesn't contain as much usable energy it has a higher octane rating and modern cars are designed with a higher compression ratio to allow for the same or even slightly more mpg and hp from fuel with ethanol in it. So its a misconception that fuel with ethanol gets less mpg and hp. sorry for the long post just had to clear that up

*occasionally it is worse for the environment when it isn't sourced from the proper places

DigitalHermit reacted to Prysin in This is why you should avoid the Razer Blade Pro, along with every other Razer Product.
The best made part of a Razer Product is their LED illuminated logo.
Everything else is practically just an addition to the logo.

    Explanation of Razer products:

The Naga -> this is a Razer Logo with a mouse built around it. Buttons are made of mush and they last as long as a alcoholic dead beat stay with his wife once she tells him she's pregnant.

The Blade Pro -> This is a Laptop build around a Razer Logo. The laptop itself has many marketing buzzwords associated with it. One could almost think that it was a bunch of attention whores designing it. Trying to tag it with as many tags as they could.

The NZXT Razer Edt. -> This is a rather nice product. Mainly because Razer added their very well designed LED illuminated Logo. to a already reliable and excellent manufactured product. However, 90% of this product is not made by Razer, and thus, explains the amazing reliability.

Razer Keyboards (all) -> These are just generic Chinese boards who are graced with a Razer Logo. By utilizing chinese knock-off brands, Razer is able to cut costs, and put more RnD into their Logo in order to improve it.

Razer Headphones (all) -> This was a misstake from Razers side, but they are too deep into the shit to back out now. These products are simply dangerous. They are horribly made. Very expensive and to top it off. They are known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects.

Not an entirely big deal to be honest...

PGA makes motherboards cheaper to manufacture and pins are easier to bend back.

You guys DO know that the only reason Intel switched to LGA was to shunt the bent-pin RMAs onto motherboard partners, right? Don't twist this into some backwards "modernity" argument.

@MEC-777 this time last year I was on a train eastbound to Montreal for what would be my first ever live F1 experience. Four and a half days in the old and new cities with lots of car spotting, and a massive thunderstorm on Practice day. Unfortunately I won't be going this year, but hey - I just saved $1000 of our precious Canadian rupees.

excuse the brake dust and dirt. I'll be able to wash it either tomorrow or this weekend. Has minor curb rash too, but it's not too bad. I still don't know how people manage to do that around here, no one parallel parks anywhere here lol

Should i be happy or concerned that my father is "training" me to do Street races on a Mountains pass close to here?? I mean, it is pretty awesome to get racing "lessons" from an expert at Street racing but at the same time.... i havet Even got my moped license yet and he is teaching me how to propperly tackle high-speed corners, braking and soon drifting. (Once winter rolls over us and snow covers the roads he will teach me rally tecniques)
