The effects of /k/, last night's barbecue, the engineer in me, and a bit of alcohol made this thought possible.
If I loaded a charged capacitor in a shotgun shell and fired it, could I make a long range tazer? Could I make a single-use cattle prod by taping a capacitor on the end of a stick? Could I take a M18 Claymore and replace the steel balls with capacitors that will shock anyone in the area of effect?
I should probably go to sleep.

The eyes cant see in FPS, but more like adaptively. We see things that move fast in more ''fps'' and slow things in less ''fps''. An eye doesnt exactly work as a camera and the world is not like a monitor   but for monitors, I dont see  a reason to go much further than 200hz, I think 144hz is immersive enough already

Am I the only one bothered that he's using the same cloth which he used to wipe his tires before he wiped his front bumper, mirrors and rear window?

I call this story "Would you like some batteries with that?"
So when you work in retail, you will meet your fair share of shoplifters. I worked in an electronics shop, so we got shoplifted quite a lot...okay maybe like 3-4 times a week but anyways.
Okay so we sell CCTV kits at this shop, they retail at about $700 each on average. So we do our best to keep them secure. So our CCTV corner has the cameras out on display for people to look at, Although what people don't realize is that all of them are recording.
So one day a guy walks into the store, and after a bit of browsing he picks up a cctv kit and then walks out without paying. So firstly because of our CCTV camera display we now have High definition video of him stealing the kit from about 8 different angles. But wait a bit, the story gets better!
2 minuets later he walks back into the store, this time he picks up a set of battery's and instead of shoplifting them he decided to pay for them. So he walks up to the counter and pays by CREDIT CARD. So for anyone not aware, we can print out a log of all the card transactions. Now for the icing on top of this idiot cake...
We have a special offer program that you can sign up to and get discounts when you next come into shop. My friend who was on the till at the time (we didn't know he had stolen anything by this point) asked if he wanted to sign up for some discounts. AND HE DOES!
    So we now have:
His full name His full address 8 High definition video's of him stealing a cctv kit and Confirmation of his identity because only you should know your credit card pin. Within 3 Hours the police had arrested him and our CCTV kit was returned to the store.
TL;DR Don't sign up for discounts. Ever.

I know that some cards have a slower GPU chip even though they have more RAM. Some low end chips also have DDR3 instead of GDDR5.
    Low end cards are weird.

I personally use a Corsair MM200-Extended (which is only 20cm wide). Your best bet would be to follow what TekSyndicate did and go to a hardware store and buy a big piece of rubber to the dimensions you want

I hate to break it to you, but as far as girly factor goes there isn't much difference between NA and NB... IMHO they only have a girly factor bone stock, getting some wheels on them and lowering it helps butch it up. A splitter does a lot too
The wheels on the one you're getting put it about half way there, are those the stock special edition wheels or aftermarket?
Lol, he seams oddly defensive about this... Numbers don't matter, nobody likes him anyway. And he knows it.

You're acting as if this is a 100% bad thing
It's good that some things are easy/do-able for everyone, but software should still have options for power users. Of course it's nice to have control over everything in your software, but this makes it harder.
And it's also great to just be able to use the software/hardware what is what intended for and not have to bother with fixing everything before being able to use it.

    Source: http://www.eteknix.com/paypal-refuses-refund-twitch-troll-donated-huge-sums-money/
So, it seems that this troll honestly got what he deserved, donating then trying to charge-back from PayPal may just seem like a insult or annoyance to the Twitch Streamer at hand, it is more than just that, the issue here is that if someone tries to refund a donation, someone has to pay the fees for the donation, and these fees scale with the cost of the payment, so in the case of these streamers the fees may range in the hundreds.
This may seem just like a small hit to what seems to mostly be large streamers getting these donations, this is still a lose to these individuals who may require these donations for their livelihood and having some of this taken away just because of a troll, is something that should perhaps be taken seriously.
Personally, I agree with PayPal and their decision to not allow this to happen, as it was blatantly obvious this was not a genuine charge-back. Whether or not we see more idiotic attempts like this again, only time will tell, but what's your own thoughts on this? Feel this individual deserved it? Think there should be a method stopping twitch related donations ever being charged-back? Let me know your own thoughts.
