  1. He should tell his sister to break up with that man for selling him crap like that for 100USD... and he should be ashamed of himself for buying it for 100USD...
  2. Scratch that keyboard repair... getting the backplate off that keyboard is impossible... not without deforming it...

  3. DragonWar keyboard died... Should I attempt repair or get a new one??

  4. Between the two, go for the Sony ones... I've tried the JVC Gumy In-Ears at one of the shops here... I cannot recommend them unless you have a good equalizer on your device...
  5. inb4 card = cardboard On another note, WHY THE F*CK DOES RE ZERO END WITH A CLIFFHANGER FOR EACH EPISODE!?
  6. Am I the only one bothered that he's using the same cloth which he used to wipe his tires before he wiped his front bumper, mirrors and rear window?
  7. Depends on how heavy you mod it... Boosted/supercharged Z6 (stock) engine is to be expected nowadays... but drop an LSX in it? That's a sleeper right there...
  8. Save up a Euro a day and in less than two years, that 300EUR ride is yours! hahahahaha
  9. Why does 300EUR sound cheap to me? Our car (2000 Ford Lynx Ghia, used) was bought for around 175k PhP (approx 3372EUR/3795USD) and that's the normal price of a pre-owned ride in decent condition here...
  10. It's a fire hazard, unless you know what you're doing. Keep everything under the rated amperage, especially the main power strip that you connect to, because once you get close to that rated amperage, the higher the chance that a fire will start. Source: I had to work with a bench with 8PCs (~600W each, thanks to their shitty PSUs and CRT monitors) connected to a single power strip rated for 240V 10A. It was not fun trying to prevent said bench from catching fire.
  11. I remember journalists spreading panic a few years back during the "Great North Korean Nuclear Crisis" (this was when NK was testing nukes and threatening to nuke US allies) and the Fukushima Incident just because they can't differentiate between microsieverts and millisieverts... The readings where the measurements were taken barely rose above the 10 year norm...
  12. Not sure... It's really sluggish compared to the old layout...
  13. Why is working from home weirdly stressful?

  14. Would anyone in here be remotely interested in writing implements?
  15. Tamagotchi back when I was 4... I remember seeing the thing when I last did some major housekeeping... Not sure where it is now..
  16. Now if I could only take care of our Lynx the same way that you took care of your Corolla... hahaha... Only time will tell if the ND will become another proper tuner...
  17. I have nothing against the NB... as long as it'll be well taken care of... We need to keep as many of these older Miatas on the road as much as possible... The newest one (ND?) looks nice, but it doesn't seem like it deserves the name Miata name since it's too large imo...
  18. If you're coming from social media, then it might as well be...
  19. Best of luck on getting a really good one... Is it the 1st gen Miata or is it newer?
  20. Started working as an online ESL tutor today... Nobody booked me 6 hours into my schedule...

Not sure if it's me or if it's normal to newbies...

Either way, I'm not planning on staying for long in this 'job'...

dude, i was always saying that because you weren't around for very long time and somehow i almost forgot about you.

  21. Back after a while... Swapped out the air hose (old one was held together by faith and duct tape) in the Lynx for a better one and I've got a noticeable increase in torque... Not much but an increase is an increase... Anyway, I need some tips for rotating the tires... I've only got a singe jack on me and no axle stands... Thanks in advance...
  22. Yes... Try to ask your nearest NSA field office... On a more serious note: Head on over to the discord channel if you want to ask about that... I'm not sure why'd you'd mention me for this...
  23. Probably... So far, my habit for studying two nights before an exam is to write down everything I need to know... This usually takes me an entire night since I try to make sure that my notes are legible... If you have a slideset/textbook to copy stuff from, this will help... but the problem with this technique is that it only noticeably works for objective-type exams... For practical exams, a bit of practice here and there will help. Try to understand each step of the process and don't rush through them... Try to analyze your mistakes from previous tests or exercises...
  24. Just put it in push config and have your rear fan do the pulling... At least that's my setup... What's your case, by the way?
  25. Start writing things down... It helps... at least for me...
