  1. I would like some help in terms of the fan configuration. I am not sure how to configure the front, and top. I want enough airflow to cool a computer with 1 gpu+ 1 cpu with a H100i water cooler. I don't want too many fans because I don't want it to look ugly. If I could have the top panel all plexi glass, that would be the dream, but I am not counting on it. Any input would be great.
  2. So some motherboards have that 2 digit Q code and some don't. I have a mobo(Z87 sabertooth from Asus) without one, and I kinda wish I did. Do you think it is a 'must have" feature or is it sufficient to have red warning LEDs that tell you where your general issue it?
  3. What does one do if you want to put 3 hard drives in a case, but they are all in different locations? My PSU only comes with 2 sata power cable chains which means the drives have to be mounted and stacked near each other like in a traditional case. Is there such a thing as an individual power cable for sata, just like the data cables? Or am I stuck with the sata chain cables? Thanks.
  4. Blah it's not working..anyway..NICE JOB! I love the case and the color scheme! I might get that case some day.
  5. Ok thanks! This is good news! This forum rocks! I have saved tons of time and money asking questions here
  6. Ok, so nothing is broken, but I have a gtx770 gpu which takes a 6+8 power cable. I have PCI-E cables from my corsair ax860 that have the split double end with the 8+8 and I have cables that have 1 8pin input. The cable with the Y end 8+8 sticks out too much and prevents the side panel from fitting into place in my case. I do want to buy a new case but that's another issue. Can I use 2 separate power cables to power my gpu? Kind of a dumb question, but I don't want to melt my pc. Thanks.
  7. Thanks everyone it works with the DisplayPort cable and it's installing win8 now
  8. OK thanks. I was wondering about this.
  9. I am pretty sure my monitor doesn't have hdmi, but I will check.
  10. I thought you were referring to the power cables, not the video cables. However, if the motherboard can't send video via the displayport cable to the monitor, this sounds like I have a bad motherboard correct?
  11. Corsair 860 watt PSU. The monitor works. I am using it right now. I am using my old pc. Both power cables are plugged into the gpu.
  12. I built a "new" pc with some older generation hardware but I can't get anything to show up on the monitor. Its a Z87 asus sabertooth board with an intel 4770K chip. It has a gtx 770 gpu. Also 16gb of ram. So when I had everything connected, the PSU came to life, the cpu comes to life, the fans on the video card come to life, and even all of the POST lights on the motherboard show everything is ok, but nothing shows up on the monitor. I even tried a displayport cable plugged into the mobo, but same thing happens, which is no display. Am I doing something wrong? Or do I just have a bad motherboard? Thanks.
  13. My memory manager says I have 20GB of used storage on my ipad in the photo app or whatever. I HAD a big video on this tablet, but I deleted it. But I can't reclaim that space. There are no videos on my ipad, just some photos. I don't have many apps either so my storage should be good, but it isn't. Any help would be cool. Thanks.
  14. Ug...no search means people will keep asking..it will be an infinite loop. Like I said in my post, I haven't been here in awhile THANKS!!!!!!!
