  1. I didn't insult anyone. Someone who give advice like like buy new MB shouldn't give advices at all. Why should he spend more money when he can use that CPU with current MB just with updated BIOS?
  2. Don't tell him bullshit. You just need to update BIOS and it will work https://www.asus.com/ph/support/Download/1/45/3/9/Dtrwyo6uHKZoKqxQ/41/
  3. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr I have 850W version but 750 is enough for you.
  4. I thought that when you bought 5930k and 3x 980 you wouldn't have problem with money. But anyway, at first plug all into to case and see if reservoir and pum can fit somewhere, because 3 cards take a hell a lot of space. Then if you really want watercooling you can do it just for CPU and in future you will see.
  5. Where do you expect to put those 2 480mm radiators? That case support like 360mm on the top and not sure about the front. That case isn't suited for that kind of watercooling. You would need something like Corasair 900D.
  6. Same price in your shop. http://www.dateks.lv/en/grozs?content=Zc4xDoAwCAXQuzA7AKW0eBsnYxxMrJNN725dYSMvn5%2FfYb%2Bvt8HawUgL%2FUc7t%2BOZRGMBE0YLSMQ1YE7GHotkTR6rUIqdaFxiUjN6zKxIMSmV4%2Fg536MmVg3vJuI6x%2FgA
  7. If you wanna go 980 SLI then I would change CPU and MB for MSI Z97-G55 SLI and Intel i5-4460 (or something stronger, this is minimum)
  8. You tested your CPU on AIR before watercooling? Because these 4770K are pretty fucked up (because of that shit under IHS) and can have very high temperatures. Also, what do you stress with? If you use FPU stressing then DON'T do it. I am on waterloop myself, same CPU 4,1GHz 1,24V and when stressing only CPU (I am using AIDA) it is around 50-55 degrees, when I start CPU+FPU it jump to 80 degress like nothing.
  9. Great guys, thanks a lot. I will check all and decide. Maybe I will mix few things .
  10. Hello, can you help me with build of PC under 400€? Used mostly on office, internet and old games. This price is for Case and all inside. Thanks.
  11. Great guys, thanks a lot for answers. Maybe I will buy both GE EX and CL and try it both ways, what gives me less temperature.
  12. This is what I wanted to know. So if I add CL ultra on die I cant put waterblock on it, becaise it will corode? If yes, how should I use it if I dont want to add IHS back?
  13. From what I watched I think too that vic + hammer is safer. Which screws you shorten? Original one which came with waterblock or use those from EK I wrote? And yes, I think I hit my max with 4,3Ghz if I remeber. @jameshumphries47 I watched like every video about deliding, but thanks. I use MX-4 thermal paste.
  14. Hello, I have i7 4770K. Because of high temperatures I did custom loop. Ambient around 28 and CPU around 70 degrees (when encoding on 100%). If I use aida64 with FFP it goes to 85+. Now 4,2Ghz, 1,24V I would like to go higher so I would like to delid, so my questions 1. How to delid? Razor or hammer method? I don't think any of those 2 is safe but is someone here did it, with which one? 2. Is it safe to add waterblock directly on delided CPU? With "EK Supremacy PreciseMount Add-On Naked Ivy" it should be possible. Then add Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra and put CPU block on it. MB - MSI Z87-G43 CPU - i7 4770K CPU block - EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy - Acetal
