future ref... use cpu-z with prime95  and gpu-z with furmark for testing at full screen resolution, these give best full load results. obviously you test cpu first with (cpu-z with prime95) then stop cpu tests and run gpu (gpu-z with furmark), not together(cpu+gpu tests).

You will not get 60fps on ARMA 3 with anything lol
But yes I see what you mean. 
Good thing is that I dont play this kind of games which are mostly CPU bound.

I leave in Greece so servers are not that close sometimes. 
Usually in games I get around 50ms ping. Which is not that bad actually. 
But in certain occasions like TC, Rainbow Six: Siege I get around 95ms. Because they only have servers in western Europe. No eastern ones yet.

If you're using v-sync turn it off apply and then turn it on again every time you start the game and every time you alt+tab the game. Don't know why this is happening but it works for me.

This benchmark is so fake I don't even know where to begin. At this point companies are just getting brazen with fake benchmarks and misinformation. I corrected the guy in his comment section and he deleted all posts. He also deleted posts with people from 780ti's, 980's and 970's who stutter. Now Ubisoft/Nvidia are blaming AMD through freakin third party bloggers. 
 
1) This game does not use more than like 2.4-2.5 gigs of VRAM and he claims 4. This is a fake benchmark meant to get people to upgrade from 780/780t's. That simple. Also the claim of a 750TI tearing this game up is the most laughable thing I have ever seen. The AMD GPU's at that price bracket will slaughter the 750Ti in this game. 
 
2) These benchmarks are not close and AMD has no problems on this game on the GPU side. They had a new driver out before the official release of the game (and before this BS benchmark video was made) which closed the gap on Nvidia very well. I am running SMAA , when Total Biscuit had to run ZERO AA on his GTX 980 due to the hitching and here is the voice interview.

With even light AA? I get major stuttering on vehicles which Total Biscuit showed in his vehicle. If you drive slower on the vehicles it isn't near as bad. If you floor it on a 4 wheeler this game is gonna stutter big time. The problem is CPU optimization/core usage and this has the same weird hitching problems AC Unity does on AA and it does on ANY GPU.
 
My Sapphire Tri-x 290 on a MILD overclock with voltage hardly touched has HIGH 40 lows (only while driving) and the lows are usually in the mid to high 50's, just like the GTX 970/80 videos I have seen in the village or while driving. The hitching is completely CPU related when you put AA on. HBAO+/soft Shadows/Fur/Nvidia God Rays, I am running all of this PAST ultra settings. AMD should be applauded for optimizing a closed library, instead we have BS videos like this when people with Nvidia are having the same hitching even on the new drivers (which did not help hitching at all). Also my FPS DWARFS this guy in the main village and I can only imagine he is running a 970/980. Why? Cus my CPU is faster than his I5 K Ivy on single core. The game is CPU BOUND.

Oh and these are on the new Nvidia drivers which did nothing for stuttering. That is Ubisoft's fault.

This has not been fixed. This is Ubisoft's problem, not AMD's or Nvidia's. You can also see people with GTX 970's complaining about the hitching on the official Ubisoft forums and Neogaf.    The problem is not AMD. The problem is freakin Ubisoft.Just like AC Unity the game plays better with NO AA. GPU power can't help it. SMAA is "ok". MSAAx2/TXAAx2 is "ok but worse" and you need SLI/Xfire to do it. The drops will suck no matter what GPU power you throw at it. Ubisoft? The idiots claiming this game runs smooth? Have not yet hit the GIANT open world in this game where hitching happens, and or have not driven a vehicle yet. The faster the vehicle/speed, the worse the hitching and it will hitch at high 50's low 40's whatever. The CPU gets bound on one core and my MSI afterburner looks like a rollercoaster on GPU usage, just like Total Biscuit's GTX 980's.

When you are finished with the installation go to your laptop manufacturers website, find your exact model, choose the correct version of windows you're using download and install all the drivers.
