They are just telling you to go through the list and contact them; Personally I would do an AVSCAN followed by a full system wipe just to be safe...

Keep trying to contact Steam Support.
Welcome to the worst customer support in the entire gaming/tech industry. Steam Support fucking sucks. Even EA's Origin has better customer support.
EDIT: you should also try posting to the official Valve/Steam Facebook pages and tweeting at them. Apparently some people figured out Gabe Newel's Valve email address and emailed him directly, but I've no idea what the email address is.

It should be recoverable. Usually your data sits for a few years on their servers until it gets deleted.
But I'm not sure what to do next. I would definitly try to continue writing them e-mails.

Bmanj reacted to WelshDdraig in Stephen Hawking gets an upgrade, no pun intended, by a source many would not think about...
First off, no pun was intended by the title, it just worked.
Original Article: http://www.engadget.com/2014/12/02/stephen-hawking-swiftkey-intel/
A article talking more in depth about the upgrade: http://www.overclock3d.net/articles/audio/intel_creates_new_communication_system_for_prof_stephen_hawking/1
Everyone knows or has heard about the astrophysicist at some point in their lives. Well, since 1997, Professor Hawking and Intel has worked together for his computerised speech method due to motor-neuron disease. He has used this system to create documents and communicate for more than a decade.
Now the time has come that he, and Intel, feels his system needs an upgrade. Who did they turn to help for? 3 guesses? No?
Swiftkey.
Intel sought to get help from one of the best input method creators ever. They wanted to retain the usability and the familiarity as Stephen Hawking is not that, and I quote,
Intel has improved the workflow by allowing context menus. Professor Hawking has been testing it for a couple of months and when he feels it is mature enough, he will release it to the public and open-source community in a hope it will help others with communication problems and disabilities.
My thoughts?
It's cool to see these articles out and about. Stephen Hawking relies on his computer, and, like the same with many computers, it needs an upgrade every now and then. As for Swiftkey, it's cool to see their effort make such an impact on communication methods.
What are your thoughts? Please leave them down below.

apple customers do tend to be willing to spend more for products that do less.

Bmanj reacted to RazeG3SG1 in EK sure are "fans" of themselves!
One of the best fan made in the whole history. They were made by Scythe and Nidec, with variants of 1850 and 1450 rpms. They are well known to be very quiet at full rpm and high static pressure. In fact, they perform exactly like a Noctua and cost lower. A favourite among water cooling community.
Unfortunately, production ceased due to Scythe and Nidec fallout.

Pretty sure is is those users fault and AMD's fault and the moon. Why not blame the moon. Just as legit as blaming AMD. Funny thing? We have a bogus benchmark on this very sub forum saying AMD GPU's can't run Far Cry 4, when I posted legit benchmarks showing they are completely made up.
So when you can't blame AMD first person? Do it through a paid off blogger with a fake benchmark and post it on the LTT news section LOL. PC Gamer also falsely claimed that AMD GPU's stutter and that the Nvidia 900 series ran fine. Why? Cus they have an advertising deal with Nvidia.
http://www.pcgamer.com/far-cry-4-review-in-progress/
AMD's fault that Total Biscuits GTX 980 and Intel Haswell is stuttering in Far Cry.
Not enough Ubisoft has to lie in person, they have to use BS benchmarks, paid off journalists selling an Nvidia product as a miracle cure for Ubisoft's CPU optimization, who also call us entitled. And PC Gamer and IGN wonder why PC Gamers couldn't give a damn about their crappy magazines.
Entitled? More like informed, and they don't want that.
