    Budget (including currency): 400CHF (~420USD) Country: Switzerland Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: From AAA to old games but I don't need max settings (although I do have a 4k 60Hz display) Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have a balling PC: i7 10700k, 32gb ram, 1tb nvme ssd, 650w seasonic PSU, etc... The question is simple, I had previously allocated 400CHF for a GPU for this build (gaming is not my only use case, I'm an engineer so the overkill CPU and ram actually make sense) but with the current GPU market that gets me a second hand GT1030 on a good day Therefore, is it worth paying 500CHF right now for a EVGA RTX3060 or should I try to get something cheaper e.g. GTX1660 and wait until prices are more reasonable, hopefully in about a year?

    A local online retailer (in Switzerland) is giving me the option to buy a EVGA RTX 3060 for 500 francs. Taking into account sales tax here and the difference between dollars and francs this is equivalent to buying it in the US for a little under 500USD. Is it worth it? I've seen the reviews and the performance matches the price of ~330USD, but with the current graphics card market that is clearly not gonna be an option anytime soon. Thanks

    You should make a follow up video where you build a pc with the same budget but purchasing used parts. That way you can show the real value of used parts.

    Finally got my shipping confirmation from amazon, luckily I've got prime so it should arrive Monday!! Looking forward to some overclocking and bench-marking my new system (Also my first complete build).

    Has anybody gotten their 4790k yet? I pre ordered one through amazon and today they told me that there was a delay and i have to wait till the 3rd. Am I the only one or is it a general delay?
