This happens more often than you'd think. Just contact the company's respective customer service department & tell them what happened. They will know what to do. What'll most likely happen is they will send a courier to pick up the package, notify it's original recipient & send you the correct package. With regards to a leak of customer information, sure it is, but mistakes happen. Just contact the manufacturer and all will be fine.
