    I have a 2000rpm NF-F12 on the card right now to eliminate that factor.

    The stock cooler/ fan is loud as fuck and it's what I had lying around. I have the zip ties as tight as they will go and I even have a piece of foam under the cooler to support it.

    So I have decided to mount a traditional tower heatsink to my rx 480 with zipties and it all seemed okay at first. The idle temps are around 30C but this is where I'm kinda stumped. When I started DOOM to test the load temps, it started out okay at 62C and as the temps started to rise the core clock was throttling to as low as 500mhz. The game fps would dip up and down from high to low very rapidly. I have a hunch that wattman is confused about the stock fan being unplugged, so it is throttling the card. (P.S I updated the drivers)

    I have a cherry ML4100 and it's pretty neat and all but the fact that it has proprietary key caps and a very strange layout (home is next to the backspace key!) I think it's time to get a new one. I would very much appreciate this keyboard because it seems to have switches that are very similar to the Cherry ML's.

    The Zotac Magnus is interesting to me because of it's compact nature. The desktop itx counterpart would be magnitudes larger.

    Hey guys I was wondering how I could bring the frequency down on my ram to decrease my cas latency. Could I even increase the voltage to bring the cas down but keep the same freq.?

    Hey guys this is sort of a question for both sides of the cpu cooling fence. So I'm torn between the entry level closed loop coolers (the corsair h55) or a low profile air cooler (because of the case I have).
