I have an NZXT Grid+ V2. They got caught collecting data through the CAM software though so depends how you feel about that. I created an outbound firewall rule and only log into CAM as guest now.

Hey, so I would go with the Acer Predator XB271HU because I have used both and even though they are basically the same monitor. I prefer the colour on the Acer Predator more because of the fact that it is a lot more immersive and is an absolute dream to play on whilst gaming. Good luck with it all and hope everything goes well!

I got my custom caps from eBay, but you can also order them off AliExpress or Taobao.

It's normal for caps to go upward of $40. 
 
mono colored pbt caps I've seen on ebay for as low as $15ish. And the ABS ones go down to $10.
 
Best place is Massdrop. The GH forum group buys are even slower than Massdrop.

brands have their own "renamed" DA some with additional features or whatnot

for example EVGA is known to have amazing service in the states, but from what i've heard they're pretty bad in belgium.

EVGA as you already mentioned. Followed by MSI.    
 
Personally I have had good experience with ASUS but overall they are considered sub par.  

The D5's are a standardized design between different brands other than some things like PWM control capabilities or a control dial. As for others like the DDC they are also a good option and have even better head pressure but tend to be noiser and run hotter as they are not actively cooled by the fluid, so having a heatsink for those are ideal. 

I think you could do more than that. 1.35v is just rule of thumb for overclockers.

Depends on your cooling but around 1.35v should be your max.
 
Edit: For 24/7 usage I mean.

I think iTunes was designed this way, unless if you can trick/mod it some how.

You should be good to go for overclocking.
Aida64 is designed to pump as much heat into your cpu as possible. in a real world situation you should be golden with that cooler
