I usually only read and don't post in topics that are not storage/server related, but I just had to respond this time because this build is awesome!
Here is a reward:

that is awesome to hear, was thinking about getting one of these for my system. not really interested in doing a full custom loop or anything just yet so was thinking about checking one of these out. very glad to hear performance is worth it on these units.

Afaik there is no other way. It's meant to be launched via Epic Games launcher so I don't think they'll add another method. You got drivers updated and all C++ redistributables installed? They do fix stuff sometimes. I'll link you the Redist Installer that I'm using and I'll let you decide if you'll trust me.

Update!
Painted the front panel spacer a nice AMD red, now I have to wait at least 24 hours for it to dry. It will be back on the case tomorrow. I also took a picture of how the spacer attaches to the case, like I said before it shares screws with the radiator.
I made some custom brackets to attach to the spacer, and those attach to the case. Works pretty well, the bottom right one is missing because I bent the bracket slightly wrong so I have to rebend it for it to fit. Still works though.

Thanks! I am about to post an update with the painted spacer, and a look as to how it attaches to the front panel. I will also post an update tomorrow when the paint is dry and the spacer is back on the case.

this case and all that you have done to it is completely awesome. really liking the look of it, and that front panel mod to get the 290 to fit in there is really great looks. following this topic for any updates!

mtbdude641 reacted to justin one in Mechanical Keyboard Club!
I bought a Filco MJ2 w/ browns a few months ago and since then have been incredibly interested in mechanical keyboards. Forums like geekhack and deskthority really helped. I just sold my Filco and now I have a Ducky Shine II TKL w/ reds and a KBC Poker w/ blues.
My Poker is definitely my favorite. I plan to get another in the next group buy.
