The white VGA indicator is lit up on my Asus Z370-A Prime Motherboard for a new build. I've tried using my known working Gigabyte 6670 as well but the white VGA indicator lights up for it too. I've tried using a HDMI connection with a Dell monitor, and a VGA connection with a LG monitor. The bios is up to date, and 1 of the memory sticks is DOA so I've used the three others (one at a time with only one in the motherboard at once) to test them. The CPU header is plugged in, as well as GPU (when applicable, the 6670 doesn't need to be plugged in). I don't have a bios speaker yet (gets here on Monday through Amazon Prime). I'm wondering if it's possibly a DOA CPU.
