    I would suggest to sell seperate components if you can, but that about all the advice I can give you. 
    On a sidenote: 1600€ for that system doesn't seem too bad at all...? I bought a similar pc in august of 2012, and I think I paid around 2000€ for it total (bought cooling & SSD later). Keeping in mind that Germany generally has lower prices for electronics than Belgium has, I would say it's not too bad.
