  1. Basically turned everything on low at the start and worked my way up on things I couldn't live without. This guide is pretty handy as well https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/36x97d/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_performance_guide_rwitcher/. Ultra textures and at least medium shadows are a must, everything else is personal preferences. Make sure to assign physx to cpu instead of gpu and pre rendered frames to 1 in nvidia control panel.
  2. Probably just going to get another gtx 780 at this stage, as I managed to get the witcher 3 to playable frame rates as is, without sacrificing some sort of mystical stuffed animal.
  3. I mean I would sell the one I have already for 350ish and add another 350 so $700 to play with, if it s a little over that's OK, There's that diminishing returns thing. I know the 980ti gets close in performance to sli 780's but the price tag is a bit much. So i'm really looking for a single gpu that's roughly the price and performance of two 780's without the witcher 3 kepler baggage. Keen to see the fury benchmarks as I think that's where I might be going.
  4. Title says it all, I was considering getting a second gtx 780 to sli for around 350ish AUD however I want to play the Witcher 3 at non potato frame rates and it seems Kepler is kill for that game. Is there a better solution for the same price tag (assuming I can sell the 780 at what people are asking for it)? Happy to consider red options before nvidia because the drivers for witcher have left me pretty salty. Also I have a catleap 2440x1440p ips 60hz-90hzOC monitor and I'd like to pair it up and match the oc fps.
  5. i5-4670k 4.4ghz Vcore 1.28 I had to increase input voltage to 1.9 from 1.8 to get the overclock stable with c7 state or any power saving feature for that matter.
