After my old ethernet cable start having problems cause my door damaged it i thought its ok lets buy a new one and after some research i saw that my cable was cat5 and it turns out that its not so good So i will go for a cat6 about 5meters so its cheap but the only one i can find is that one hama cat 6 Network Cable PIMF gold plated double shielded 5m its good right? sorry i said something stupid i dont know anything about networking and cables

That was the error err_gfx_d3d_init and its really fixed after i underclocked

i run a gtx970 with an i5-4690k oced to 4.6 and 16gb of ram i dont think it bottlenecks
