    Depends on what you need or what you have. Both are 80+. I like modular as it is easier to cable manage, and looks nicer. The modular one seems to have 1 more PCI 8 pin then the non modular one.

    nah, i don't think he'll really need a graphics card. the cx450m is good too, no worries.
