novasae got a reaction from da na in Experiences with non-techies
Buying parts for my PC with my Dad (who's not actually that bad with computers, he uses Cobol in his job) yesterday, he was totalling up prices from different websites to make sure I didn't go past my budget:

Dad: "Okay, Scan. Uh, Graphics Card, fan -"
    Me: "Power Supply, Dad"
Dad: "Oh, right, sorry, I couldn't read it properly, it said fan right there. [actually legit mistake apart from the fact that there's a huge picture of a power supply] Uh, what's that? *squints* Oh, the processor."
At this point I had to try hard not to burst out in tears.
Me: "Yeah, Dad, that's the motherboard."

Cool... this actually may not be as dumb as some people here think.... esports actually take a high degree of intelligence to play at a high level, it builds teamwork/commnication skills and challenges you with adapting/reacting to scenarios. (all of which are somewhat applicable in business/professional life)  It would be cool if they got some retired players to have guest visits etc... wish I lived in Sweden

So, I've forgotten my origin password/my account was hacked. Now, I wouldn't actually care if the stupid password reset system wasn't broken as shit and never even sent the email. I've tried using SW:TOR as a workaround but guess what? EA.
I just wanna play Dead Space 3...

    It looks absolutely disgusting.
If you want a Cherry MX keyboard with your laptop so bad, buy a Ducky Mini or some other 60% keyboard instead of carrying around this pile of crap...

Having said that, nice specs! Still want a GS60

Agree with @SuperStroopwafel, save up for a Dell Ultrasharp U2414H. They're £183.59 minus shipping at AriaPC (mind you, as I recently discovered, shipping at Aria is REALLY pricey so just go with £187 off Amazon UK)
