Caimath got a reaction from Shaqo_Wyn in Radiator questions
Alphacool makes some incredible full copper radiators, they are fairly low FPI, but come in thicknesses up to as high as 80mm.

Don't know where they sell em in Denmark. Maybe check the UK if you're willing to buy it there?
A good alternative would be a pump top/res combo from EK. They also sell the pump shroud and the res tube you're talking about for it. Plus multi-port res tops. The aqua pipe is also from Bitspower, but maybe you can get that in Denmark.

I haven't been able to find all 3 of the parts in the UK either, unfortunately.
Thanks for the alternative, I'll have a look at them once I get home.

You're probably 100% correct, I'm just being a silly worrywart. I generally don't trust people, I'm too much of a pessimist.

Yeah I also paid more for my 4790k, because I was impatient and bought it pretty much instantly as it appeared on the site.

Generally immediately, sometimes it takes ages, sometimes the old stuff stays the same and the new stuff is cheaper

Caimath got a reaction from sandals100 in What do people use to test OC
Kombustor for initial stress testing and then a combination of whatever games I play at the time. Right now I use BF4 64 player maps and Crysis 3 single player.
I used to use Unigine Valley, but I get the annoying white artifacting bug with my 780 which annoyed me to no end, so I dropped that.

Caimath got a reaction from litterboxgolfer in H110 vs. H100i
I personally haven't tried mounting a thicker rad in the 750D, but I had a little trouble fitting the thin rad of the H110, at the top of the case, due to the 8-pin connector (This would not be an issue if the 8-pin cable was more flexible, though). There are other places to mount the thicker rads, though. You can mount it at the front of the case, or you can mount it at the bottom of the case. Both of which requires the removal of one or more 3.5" drive cases, however.
It is very possible that the H105 will fit perfectly at the top, I simply do not know, as I haven't tried it personally.

Caimath got a reaction from FireFox in Temperature issues with i7-2600k @ stock
Yeah, thats what I've been thinking. I'm gonna replace the stock cooler as soon as the new one arrives anyway. If the issue is caused by the thermal compound, the cooler replacement should fix it (and give me better cooling performance on top of it).
Thanks for the help everyone. I really appreciate it.

Think I managed to squeeze as much power as I possibly can out of my card.
Core i7-2600k @ Stock
Gigabyte GTX 670
Core clock: 1306.5 MHz
Mem clock: 1851.4 MHz
Looks like I have a pretty good card.

Thought that would be the case. Thanks for answering, I'm still learning about all of this, I'm still a noob when it comes to overclocking and the like.

I'll have a look at the Fractal Design ones. I know I'm being a bit difficult, thanks for helping me despite this fact.
