Did he drop it on the front or back? Because I've seen drop tests, if you drop it flat on the front, the glass MIGHT not crack, but the display underneath will and you will not see any video. Phone's fragile as fuck, a good case IS NOT OPTIONAL. Have you tried a tempered glass one too? Which one do you think is better? OK first the cheapest MacBook is the 11-in Air. At 800 dollars. Second, if all you're going to do is web browse like most people, then the Zenbook is a wiser purchase, hell a Chromebook would be even better A GT 710 and 2GB of DDR2 RAM isn't going to cut it I'm afraid. If they saw how much high-end android phones cost (about the same-ish), I bet their ONLY IPHONES rule would still stand. I think they're still living in the illusion that only iPhones are good phones, when in reality Android phones usually surpass them in a lot of areas

Sorry, but your G4 won't work with the Gear VR. Ask your friend for the receipt, get that 100 bucks back and get a very nice cardboard headset. While you have the headset anyways, you could download the cardboard app off of the store and MAYBE the gyros, lens, or something will work. If it all fits and works, then you've a very nice VR headset that won't work with oculus home and just google cardboard

If you can get the S7 edge. You get the AMOLED screen, Exynos 8890 (IF YOU BUY THE FACTORY UNLOCKED, Snapdragon 820 otherwise), a brilliant camera, slightly better design, and the fingerprint scanner from the S6. You also get the 5.5 in screen from the G4. No removable battery unfortunately, but I've seen the phone charge from dead to 100% in 90 minutes. The battery on the S7's a hell of a lot better, and the battery on the S6 isn't very good. Proof for the charging If you can't get the S7, get the S6 Edge Plus. If it's REALLY REALLY S6 vs G4, go S6 but be sure you carry a battery bank around with you at all times

You lucky bastard, you're running Marshmallow already?! (Do you get to use adoptable storage with the SD card? God I really hope so) I've had this experience too after updating to what was it 4.4.4? Battery drained pretty quickly for 2-3 ish weeks. Hold out for that long and the battery should magically improve by itself. If not, come back to us.
