Mr.Terry's Achievements

  1. Tip #1 : Buy yourself a couple of silver magic markers, they show up better on black. Tip #2 :Fill anything you are going to bend with sand to prevent flatening and kinking.Fill pipe with sand, tape of the ends with a small pinhole in the tape tp prevent heat from blowing tape off end of pipe.A bag of sandbox sand works well,is cheap,is clean, and is easily obtainable.
  2. I have one of these on/off usb hub velcroed on the side of my case.http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00LPAPJ6E?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 I will ne getting this $8. usb flex light and use it.http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0051SVVX6/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3DDFFP9TCV2CB&coliid=I1ZTE99UDZKX73 These are rom Amazon.ca.
  3. I would really like to do this on my new build but I can't justify spending $35 on a 1m length.Only two choices at Amazon.ca and the results for the NCIX page says no results for that search.I have one of these and it works great.http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00GM477G8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 A few dollars cheaper but I do not see the one that Linus used.Great idea though.
  4. Did you know that the dividers in offices, the ones that seperate one cubicle from another, are excellent sound absorbers. They make great sound baffles and can be picked up cheap at used office furniture/supply stores. You can mount them on walls if you choose to or just leave them on their stands/feet. Like this as an example of what I mean.http://www.soundproofcow.com/Soft-Sound-Acoustic-Partition.html I am just sugessting these as a cheap way to soundproof the new studio.
  5. Have been watching for years now.Always liked the fact that it is Canadian and is exactly what I am interested in.Given the fact that I'm 68 and legally blind I can't get enough info, this keeps me up to date. Great job peoples.Congradulations.
