  1. A single 5870 is about half the performance of a 7970(r9 280x) so if you crossfire 2 and have perfect scaling(I doubt it) you would have similar performance to a 7970 or 280x.
  2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565 Performs well, under 50, comes with a white fan and looks quite good.
  3. They have other options too, but they may cost a bit more for a tube res.
  4. If it is usd, then you can buy cheaper kits that offer very good performance but may not look as nice as an EK kit. Heres one: http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/kits-und-systems/internal-kits/13669/alphacool-nexxxos-cool-answer-240-lt/st-set?c=6460
  5. What is a reasonable price in your opinion.
  6. It will work ( raid 5 needs at least 3 drives), but you shouldn't be mixing hdds and ssds. But in the case of raid 5, all but one of the drives will be working, whereas the last one will be used for redundancy when one of the active drives fail. So in your case, your 2 ssds will be active and your hdd will be inactive and be used for redundancy when 1 ssd fails.
  7. The most expensive one most likely has the best and most features and the best build quality, e,g. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132698.
  8. We need to know the model of the ram, giving the specs alone wont help us. Also are you set on the V8 GTS, since the Noctua nhd15 provides same if not better performance much more quietly and at the same price.
  9. I think that may be the case, unless there is an error in reporting the temperatures which I doubt. I'm pretty sure your 960 will be fine since it isn't passively cooled, it may be a few degrees hotter but since it is a relatively cool running card it most likely wont overheat.
  10. Cards with fans can push some of the air out off the case, thats why blower cards do better in low airflow applications than normal fan cards. The lack of airflow around the passive card allows hot air to accumulate and heat up the card even further.
  11. Since your card is passively cooled, I think it has a greater effect on it than cards with fans. Plus your card went up 20 degrees for no apparent reason, all I can say that is there is something up with the cooling.
  12. Is this after turning the h60 to exhaust.
  13. I think you should just use the h60 as exhaust, you dont need to add more fans just relocate the h60. Can you put it at the rear of the case as exhaust? Also what fractal design case is it?
  14. Try running the h60 fan bacwards and the rear exhaust backwards so the h60 pushes out and the rear pulls in. See if the temps change. The radiator can be heating up the air coming in and it looks like it is blowing directly onto the 5450.
  15. Is the h60 pulling air into the case, if it is the radiator could be heating up the air coming in raising the temperature inside the case.
  16. Yes it does, you have to activate it in the bios.
  17. Is the wifi card in close proximity to the 5450, woud it be blocking the cards fan in anyway.
  18. From the picture, it shows that your IGPU is not activated or you dont have one (xeon processors dont have one, intel i series and consumer ones do). You can activate it in the bios like the previous poster mentioned.
  19. A 600 or 650w psu is enough plus it'll leave some room for OCing.
  20. If you dont end up getting a gpu, a 350 to 400w psu is fine. With a gpu a 550w and up psu is reccomended depending on the gpu.
  21. In areas where there is high amount of EM interference.
