  2. Hey guys. Never had much experience with building rigs, and now I decided to build one myself. The specs are: Case: Zalman Z9 Plus Black PSU: Chieftec APS-750C MB: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-DH3 Proc: Core i5 3570K + Cooler Master V8 RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX 1600 Video: Asus 660-Ti 2GB (GTX660TI-DC2T) SSD: OCZ Vector 256G Storage: 2 Tb Seagate Barracuda (ST2000DM001) System disk: PCI-E OCZ RevoDrive 50 GB (1 gen I belive) Case fans: Noctua NF-S12B FLX x2 This is what I managed to achieve: (sorry for pics quality) Pretty good, yeah? Nah. After browsing Build Logs section I realized that I have to improve on my building. Cable management that is. Ver. 2 rebuild: Better now, but then I decided to double it: -) +1 Asus 660-Ti 2GB Couple of ‘glam’ pics. That’s it. I liked this experience and already thinking about improving looks of my system. Next steps: 1. To get nicer case. What do you think about Define R4? (cable management, silence) 2. Better PSU to improve noise and looks, thinking about Corsair AX (sleeved black cables, noise level)
  3. No, it's not that kind of problem. Firstly my internet is ok. Maybe I need to clarify. It happenens to all kinds of video. It can be 1080p from my hard drive, 400p from hard drive, or any video (flash) on the web. Yesterday I was watching a lot of video, and this slight freezes happen randomly about every half-hour to an hour.
  4. Hey guys. Didn't know how to google this thing, so decided to ask here. Recently I got new pc, its z77x-d3h, 3570k, 660 Ti. Installed win8 x64, everything works fine, prime 95 running ok, all games are stable. The problem is the any kind of video when I watch it slightly freezes randomly for 2-5 secs every half-hour or so. It's ALL video: 1080p via VLC, some youtube clips, vids in some flash players. The thing seems to be random, any ideas? added: when the thing happens it's 2-3 freezes for half second each, with an interval of 1 sec, very strange.
