A while ago I was in class and one of my friends was about to do a power point presentation and as per usual with our insanely overpriced hugely outdated dell laptops it didn't detect the projector, so I went up to help, after further inspection I found that when IT had re-imaged the laptop when they upgraded to windows 8 that they hadn't installed the graphics drivers (for the mind mindbogglingly fast Intel HD 3000 graphics...) I fixed that up gud.

the rig looks pretty good too. it's got a haunted titan Z, a x99 rampage with a spirit in it, and now demon fans! all i need is a CPU that screams bloody murder and storage drive that is made from mephisto's soulstone!

Err, coil whine isn't really fan related AFAIK. If the sound really gets bad at higher FPS I think that is very good evidence that it's not fan related and coil whine instead.

Just contact Gigabyte support? It doesn't take too long to send them an email and the worst you can get is a "no".

I would recommend an air cooler for the cpu probably cooler master 212 something or other and maybe a less over kill cpu and more on the gpu end, also the case and mobo seem maybe a little bit expensive for the build.

I would recommend the Panasonic hc-v770 as I own the 2014 model and have been nothing but impressed with it's performance and it shoots at 50fps (PAL) and it also does 200 fps slow-mo
