I've used Asus Motherboard overclocking in a couple of builds were I didn't have the time to do it my self, but just stress test it, they did fine, but I know if I did it myself I could have gotten the voltages a bit lower. linus has a couple overclocking videos that might help, but I would say because you have a h100i, just to have the software do it, after get Adia 64 free and run it for about 12 hours, just to make sure that it is stable (i've never had Asus overclock not work but still) then you're good to go
