USD. Would your recommendation be the H236HL?

I'm having a lot of trouble choosing the right monitor, so I hope you guys can help me out. Alot of people seem to be recommending the Acer H236HL in other threads, so I guess that's my only leaning right now. I play primarily MMOs but a few 3rd or 1st person adventure games from time to time. I'll be playing at 1080p and flexible on monitor size as long as pixel density still looks right. Should I be concerned with only 60Hz? Is there even a comparable 120Hz monitor out there in my price range?
