2400w of powersupply is op! -
Im pretty sure you plug the 3 pin into a cpu fan header, correct me if im wrong. As for the sata i dont know soz.
-
Dont get the NZXT Sentry LX. Ok yeah it does look good and it does control the fans but its shitty. It randomly beeps, sometimes it wont even spin up the fans. It will do a decent job but not the best.

Have you had any problems with your NZXT x41? Like is it noisy or do you get a grinding sound?

My Second Water Cooling Build in NZXT Switch 810
ClownFace1511 replied to V1RK's topic in Build Logs
Yeah, seems to be weirs looking straight at the pole, plus the two different sizes. Then again i have 3 different sized monitors and its not as bad as you think. @V1RK Wont your head hurt always facing one way? -
I have a one plus one, its amazing. Best phone i have had in years. Plus it feels better in your hands when you didnt pay for it Would recommend. Handy tip: if you run on power save mode you can get 2 days out of it. Performance is still good on this setting.
-
One PLus one is really good, you get used to the size and it feels natural. The pixel density is amazing, battery life will last for about 2d 16h if you have it on power save mode (clocks down the cpu i guess, phone is still super snappy and you dont notice a performance difference) but umm im happy with mine.

Good Gaming Laptop for College/Games/Work
ClownFace1511 replied to LZ Holy Narwhal's topic in Phones and Tablets
Im not really good with laptops but i have heard theses ones: - Aorus X3/X7/X7V2 (Really nice dual gpu laptops, not sure about battery life, maybe check linus' reviews.) - Lenovo y50 - Dell XPS13 (Linus is reviewing that now) If your looking for something towards gaming your battery life probably isnt gonna be amazing. But what ever you do, STEER CLEAR OF ALIENWARE overpriced majorly. I may not be right but yeah. -
Basically in short, a 760 or a 770 should do you fine in CSGO, a 770 3gb would be better if you wanted to play other high end games at 144hz.
-
Im on a 760SC and im getting 200, thats with everything full graphics, Anti Aliasing and all. You should be getting more on a 770.
-
Going to be using the Asus x99 board and 2 way sli, probably no over clock on the gpu's. The HOF will match the board, but would getting Gigabyte G1 Gaming better? Colour isnt really an issue but im kinda stuck.

Had my galaxy s2 for 4 years, micro usb never died. Im a teenager and handled it rough and it was good, Battery was shit but you know. Now i got a one plus one so @Slick sometimes with phones you can get like a 4000 or more mah battery from some random store, yes they may explode or bulge but you get that extra life. As a user of the one plus one, if i put it on power save it will last me 2-3 days with moderate use.

Gameplay Ping High but speedtest results good?
ClownFace1511 replied to Zach99's topic in Networking
Depending on where you live your ping to a server may be high. Its usually because you live far away from the CS:go servers. In settings there is an option about ping. If you set it to 200 it will only let you join servers with ping around that mark. -
Is there really point in getting 2 x 3.0TB hardrives or 1 x 6.0TB. Because like a 6tb could fail and so could 1 of your 3 3.0TB ones. There is probably some noise difference, but just a question. In my case i will be storing movies and raw video files so im kinda stuck between which one to use.

Im not gonna lie, the afterparty is pretty nice. Like to watch that more than the show ahaahah. Btw you did say it was gonna be short and it was like 40mins, still enjoyed it Im not a huge fan of the segmentation but i totally understand it. Most people will watch them either way, but if you have them like a week apart it will be much better than like 3-4 weeks apart.

Great use for a stream PC, I ainy got no room next to my TV for a full size tower. These also look super cool and definately would help me.

http://www.wdc.com/en/products/internal/desktop/ Lists what each one is for Black is for high performance, best bet is to go with that. I have one, not too bad for a boot drive.

What is The Optimal Asus Ac68U AC Wireless Settings?
ClownFace1511 replied to ClownFace1511's topic in Networking
I know its overkill. But I thought if I'm gonna spend a decent amount of money I want it to last. I will eventually get everyone in my house on it. The stock ISP router ain't the greatest. Cause I have copper (stupid Aus) I don't have a choice. -

What is The Optimal Asus Ac68U AC Wireless Settings?
ClownFace1511 replied to ClownFace1511's topic in Networking
Yep did that, im the only one on the 5ghz channel! -
It has currently been setup as an access point. Its connected through CAT-5 Gigabit ethernet. The connect is good, lan is good, but i want to properly setup wireless. Device: Current Speed: OnePlus One 65Mbps Computer (ASUS PCE-AC66 Network Card) 1300Mpbs (1.3 Gbps) These are the current Settings: For Control Channels you can choose from the following: Auto 36 40 44 48 149 153 157 <----- Currently using this channel 161 165 I have heard using channels over 100 is better. In my area there is only 2 wireless N connections, so there really isn't much interference. I have changed the channel to 165 and i havn't seen a difference in speed so i just kept it at auto. Other things to note are that the access point is right next to my computer, like sitting on the table next to my tower and my phone is on my table, there is no distance really. So im just wondering if this is all good, anything i have to change?
