This does nothing productive. People arent homeless and cant pay medical bills because their community is too mean to them. A $5,324 MRI bill after insurance or a debilitating mental illnesses no one wants to deal with is the problem. So maybe target the actual source opposed to the tail end of the ones affected. The idea sounds good in a 14 year olds head but is a farcry from anything viable

I was on the hardware support team for the development of this system and seeing internally how things are vs what the public sees is very concerning. The core count is not accurate, it has almost a million more cores but they couldnt get it to work in time so to avoid penalties they changed the public specs for the benchmark. Which is another misleading metric as the benchmarks are not representative at all of the systems real world performance. They spend months tuning the system, water temps, and power draw for the benchmark and once it is run they throttle everything down and then will maybe use 60% of the system in a super low power mode. There is also a Lahey shitstorm brewing for the liquid cooling of the system as its technically a prototype. But hey $600 million dollars is $600 million

Bruh i sold some RAM on ebay a couple years ago. I got like $30 for 16gb DDR3. Then ebay charged me $35 for a listing fee. And I had to pay shipping, I couldn't get any buyers if they had to pay shipping. So I basically paid like $10 to have someone take my RAM. I will never use ebay again.

I know their hands are tied but its just not worth it on top of them taking 12.9% sale fee off the top.  Thats absurd.  as for paying TAX on something I already paid TAX on is not something i'll willingly do ever again and will do everything I can to avoid it.

I'll throw the equipment away before i let the Government double dip taxing me twice to just send it to Ukraine or some woke BS.

Please return it regardless of speed. ISP supplied routers not only cost a fee monthly but are incredible insecure with the largest attack surface

Hello, I want to sell my home with crypto and I know there are already companies that offer this as service but I would like to learn more about it. Currently I think you can do everything with a smart contract and NFT. There is also no need for a notary, bank, or realtor so it streamlines and keeps the costs low for the selling process. Thanks

Don't know which country you are talking about, but here you don't need any of those middle-parties if you know how to do paperwork yourself. You just need to inform tax office and have 2 neutral witnesses for written contract. Payment can be handled as you have it laid in contract. *

Don't know why you bring up NFTs. Did you plan to rake pics inside the house and sell those separately?

*) It's bit different if you are selling property (land) or registered portion of apartment building (as in apartment). IIRC those both need to be verified by authorised person unless both parties use governments service to sign the contract.
