The reference speed was 1000Mhz with boosts to 1076Mhz on reference boards. I had a Zotac Amp Extreme so it was technically a 2.5 slot cooler which helped a lot with OCing on air. Nvidia sorta axed the OCing fun with GPUboost and onboard voltage control that prevents you from going higher

I think it's totally possible. The GTX980ti reference speed was 1076Mhz and I was able to overclock one to 1580Mhz on air with BIOS modding. The GTX1080 had a reference boost speed of 1722Mhz and I was able to achieve 2130Mhz on air with BIOS modding. So if you refine the architecture again you could plausibly get a 1Ghz bump

That's due to faulty OIS, which usually is rare and easily fixed under warranty. For this to affect all devices implies there's a fault in the design.

It's not something you can fix in software. You couldn't fix antennagate in software, you can't fix cameragate in software.

I have two friends who are about a year into learning Russian and Chinese and both have said Duolingo is grammatically wrong so often it shouldn't be used. They might have better Latin support but the Russian is not good

Something doesn't add up. It's estimated there are 5 billion users on the internet. https://www.statista.com/statistics/617136/digital-population-worldwide/

So you are telling me Oracle has details about every single user on the internet???
I suspect a large majority of the data is horseshit but there's so much of it the profits overlook the quality

If you ever have had to deal with Nvidia on the non consumer facing side you would 100% agree with EVGA. Nvidia is one of the scummiest companies to have to deal with internally

I upgraded my GPU from a GTX1080 to an RTX8000 with no other changes and the issues have gone away completely. It looks how games used to on my GTX760 and GT9600. Instantly I noticed the difference. In games like overwatch all the jagged, pixelated, and texture popping on the main menu character is gone. I believe it has to be related to the drivers as the geforce drivers are drastically different than the enterprise LTS you get with Quadros. So either more attention to detail and a bug is fixed in the quadro drivers and not geforce or it's intentionally done, either a byproduct from another "feature" or sabotage to make you upgrade. But I doubt sabotage as it doesnt go away with new GPUs

A security specialist would do a real world penetration test as well, if it's part of their contract.  Most of those things are just contract based, and most companies don't want to fork over the money to properly test it.

In itself, getting a job at a company to do that will have to be a company that contracts out to other companies...otherwise it's most likely people will realize it's you and you effectively lose your ability to properly access vulnerabilities.

There are at the very least companies that do do this.  They get hired to "steal" a target, and given specifics of what they are allowed to do (e.g. they might know they could destroy a lock, so in that case they use a key or pick it).  They might be allowed to install key-loggers (without detection), to gain access to the system...etc.  They might even be introduced as a new employee, or a friend of a boss etc in order to initially place them in the system as well...it would all depend on what scenario it is really.

Security specialist for sure.  There is so much fraud nowadays that it's broken up into many disciplines and shoved onto various departments depending on company size.  As @BiotechBen and @DavidKalinowski said, legal departments and/or 3rd party legal orgs.

I would be fine with it as no where do they state it has to be a real receipt so you can just go into photoshop and farm the rewards. This company exists because the original payment processor safe guards the data hardcore so this is a way to try and get it for very cheap. The only issue like I said is they aren't at the POS so there is no way to verify it
