  1. Yeah I ended up finding the sim swap portal on the carriers website. Super simple, just put in the IMEI and away you go!
  2. Hello, I just got an iPhone 15 Pro and when I try to set up the cellular on it from an existing iPhone 8 it says it needs to update the IOS version on the iPhone 8 for it to work. But there is no update for the iPhone 8. It's on 16 but needs to be on IOS 17 but apple doesn't support it. So do I have to call the carrier and swap it manually?
  3. If aliens are inner dimensional and can access a dimension 1 layer above ours it makes sense as to why we've never made contact. What human is trying to communicate with plants? Very little and they are called crazy, similar to the amount of contact we have had in the past with aliens. The crazy aliens trying to talk to plants are the ones that visit earth and is why it's so few in comparison.

Everyone on earth could try and talk to plants and pool resources but there are things we perceive more grand or worthwhile as we live in a dimension above plants. So yeah aliens are real but humans sorta suck in comparison

No personally I think that most of this is happening on one microchip that is emulating all of humanity. It is mostly being controlled by aliens. One thing that is very very noticeable is lagging, this mostly occurs during sleeping, and is caused by pay-for-space bond system being overruled by big corpos. The money used is one objective thing, the amount of investing translates to the amount of processing space given to the emulation of physics and other stuff

So meeting aliens is technically possible as long as you keep your expectations in closed spaces, rather than the open ones. The only exception is if you are god himself, and quite dangerous unknowing one which could cause an alien (humanoid interface), time traveller and an esper guiding you, as well as a normal person assuring that the said actions are normal in their behaviour . at least that is what author of haruhi says

Ah yes the apocalypse was such a real thing
  5. Thanks for the reply. This is what I sorta figured it just seemed much simpler in my head than a cable network. I'll give the ISP a call and get an ONT
  6. I have already done so and I was waiting for them to bury it. I want to avoid the installation charge if there isn't anything special So is ONT not an adapter for fiber to ethernet? I was going to use an SFP that uses fiber to populate a switch
  7. Hello, I recently got fiber in my neighborhood and want to switch to it but currently have a cable modem. After some research it appears I need an ONT instead of a modem but I'm not sure if there is anything proprietary about it. As from the looks of it could I just use a fiber SFP and then populate a 48 port switch to get internet? Is the SFP considered an ONT or is there some customer checking or security happening on a purpose built ONT or ONT/router combo? Thanks!

Yeah that's just not true. A company that makes a product full-stack is superior especially considering they are making their own silicon now. Not really a jewelry company by any means. Sure they market towards the higher end and their products do cost more than competitors but that doesn't take away what they are.
  9. Yeah and other browsers like Brave have had such features for years now
  10. They got hacked awhile ago and actually returned 99% of what was stolen so I trust them
  11. I predict we will see Bitcoin have more buying power than the USD. It's already at $30,000 again and with more and more countries dropping the USD it looks more and more enticing for the average person

  12. I can't seem to find it I totally think Apple will release their own crypto. It makes sense for their ecosystem and is also in Apple fashion to wait for the tech to mature. I mean with release of FedNow it makes even more sense
  13. This goes for law enforcement too. They assume all data they collect has intent or was even made by a human

  15. You act like LTT has no choice.
  16. You could verify the GPS cords from the metadata of the raw image. If the photographer doesn't have the original image it's highly suspect anyways
  17. They couldn't check the meta data for the photo??
  18. That's just not true at all. Adblocking came out years ago. You can even use custom DNS blocking locally.
  19. Then why in the hell do people watch LTT? The channel used to be product showcasing, unboxings, and reviews.
  20. Flops don't really translate to a whole lot. Making good GPUs is hard as hell so I don't expect anything competitive for years
  21. He has been failing hard. He just focuses on the money aspect. While Top Gear featured expensive wow content it wasn't entertaining for the sole fact things where really expensive. Linus also wants to have the Lab and make hyper specific Gamers Nexus style of videos but no one is going to trust them as a valid source
